Hey, blog friends. In the beginning of September, I felt the Lord call me to a three month break, or a sabbatical if you will. After having a baby, I felt myself slowing spiraling into a postpartum fog. So far, it has included not writing on here or on my email list, recording podcast episodes, and deleting all my social media. (for now)

My goals are to:

  • workout daily
  • read more books
  • spend time with Jesus
  • get out of the house!!!
  • be present in a speaking course that I’m enrolled in!

If you’re missing my content, don’t fret! I will come back at the end of November with a clear, mental head space.
